Pressure-washing is usually the best way to clean any old and worn surface of any grime, pollution deposits, or old, faded paint. It’s a crucial step in the preparation of a weathered surface for its new coat of paint. The paint requires a firm, clean matrix to which to bind and onto which to cure; preparing the surface will help it keep its durable new coat of paint for a long time.
For this task, we use our pressure-washer, whose rotary head and mounted nozzles deliver a stream of water under 4,000 psi of pressure to the surface being washed. This machine has a pump driven by a gasoline-powered motor, and is easily transported to your property. Once there, it can use any on-site water supply, tap into your water main, or be fed by water transported in by Empire: we have all the tools to do the job right. Our Biljax (™) Lifts will have to check list} lifts are also available, with a reach of 45 feet and 55 feet, to complete the cleaning of even the most out-of-the-way corners.
